1. Scope and Service Operator
Wristo services are operated by WuKong OÜ, which is responsible for personal data processing and privacy protection for these services. The Wristo iOS app is developed and published on the App Store by 北京简径科技有限公司 with authorization from WuKong OÜ.
These Terms apply to the Wristo website (the "Site"), the Wristo mobile apps, and the account, watch face and membership services we provide (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The iOS app license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a custom license agreement is specified for the app in the App Store. These Terms describe Wristo's services and purchases and do not override applicable Apple terms or your mandatory consumer rights. See Apple's Standard EULA.
We may update these Terms when our Services change. We will update the date above and provide notice where required. Changes do not remove rights already purchased or rights provided by applicable law.
2. Products and License of Use
Wristo.io offers downloadable digital watch faces ("Products") for Garmin smartwatches. By purchasing or accessing any Product through the Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use such Products solely for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices.
- The license granted does not constitute a sale of the Product or any intellectual property rights therein.
- You shall not sublicense, resell, redistribute, copy, reproduce, modify, or otherwise exploit the Products for any commercial purpose.
- You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or structure of any Product or component thereof.
- All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by WuKong OÜ and its licensors.
Violation of any of the foregoing terms may result in immediate termination of your license and access to the Products, in addition to any other legal remedies available to WuKong OÜ.
3. Purchases and Wristo Premium
Purchases offered in the iOS app use Apple's in-app purchase system and are charged to your Apple Account. The localized price and purchase type are shown before confirmation. Website checkout uses the payment provider displayed at checkout, including Paddle as Merchant of Record where indicated. Website payment terms do not replace Apple's terms for in-app purchases.
Lifetime Premium
Lifetime Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal or scheduled membership expiration. It unlocks watch faces included in the Wristo Premium membership catalog, including new watch faces added to that catalog. It does not transfer copyright or automatically include separate Studio plans, AI credits, or products outside that catalog. A compatible Garmin watch is required to use a watch face; compatibility varies by model.
Lifetime describes the duration of the purchased membership entitlement. It is not a guarantee that every future device or firmware version will be compatible. Any compatibility limitations must not be used to remove your mandatory consumer rights or the rights promised at purchase.
Existing subscriptions and channels offering subscriptions
The current iOS purchase screen offers Lifetime Premium. The following applies to existing subscriptions and any channel where a subscription is offered. If you have a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, Premium access lasts for the paid subscription period. Apple bills renewals unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The price and period shown in Apple's purchase confirmation apply. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple Account settings or at Apple subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Membership watch faces activated through a subscription can stop working after it expires. A separate valid lifetime membership or individual watch face purchase remains a separate source of access. Lifetime Premium itself is not a subscription.
Buying Lifetime Premium does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Cancel renewal separately with the original billing provider to avoid further subscription charges.
Account association and restoring purchases
Sign in to Wristo before purchasing. Apple purchases are associated with the Wristo account used for the purchase. To restore, use the original Apple Account and Wristo account, then choose Restore Purchases in the app. A purchase cannot automatically be transferred to a different Wristo account. Contact support if you see an account mismatch; do not purchase again to resolve it.
Refunded or revoked purchases no longer grant the corresponding entitlement. Deleting your Wristo account removes its account benefits and does not transfer them to a new account, cancel an Apple subscription, or automatically request a refund.
4. Refunds
Apple in-app purchases: Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service. Apple handles these requests under its applicable terms and refund rules. Wristo's website refund window and approval process do not apply to Apple in-app purchases. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Website purchases: Wristo offers a 7-day refund request period for digital watch face purchases. Contact support@wristo.io within seven calendar days with the order or transaction reference and the reason for your request, such as accidental purchase, incompatibility or a product that does not work. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider to the original payment method, subject to the provider's applicable terms. We may decline abusive requests or requests without sufficient purchase information. This policy does not limit mandatory refund or other consumer rights.
5. Privacy and Account Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains the account, sign-in, device, technical, purchase and other information processed to provide the Services, the purposes of processing, sharing, retention and your rights. Wristo does not receive your full payment card details from Apple's in-app purchase system. Reading these Terms does not replace consent or system permission where required.
In the iOS app, open Account, sign in, and choose Delete Account below Log out. Verify your identity and confirm permanent deletion. This removes your shared Wristo account and associated account benefits across our Services. Files already installed on your watch are not remotely erased, and storage cleanup may continue after account removal. Certain transaction and security records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion is available regardless of account role after identity verification. Merchant profile information is removed and catalog listings are hidden; records and licensed resources needed to fulfill other customers' existing purchases may be retained. Contact support if you have an access problem. See account deletion details. You do not need to wait for a subscription to expire before deleting your account, but you must manage billing separately with the original payment provider.
6. Acceptable Use
As a condition of your use of the Site and Products, you agree that you will not use the Site, Services, or any Products purchased through Wristo.io:
- For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
- In any manner that could disable, damage, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or any other party's use of the Site;
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, user accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Site, whether through hacking, password mining, or any other means;
- To distribute or facilitate the distribution of malware, spyware, viruses, or any other harmful or disruptive code;
- To reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Site or Products, except as expressly permitted by law;
- To resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Products without prior written consent from WuKong OÜ.
WuKong OÜ reserves the right to monitor use of the Site and to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
7. Disclaimer
All digital Products offered through Wristo.io are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WuKong OÜ disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or Products;
- Warranties that the Products will remain compatible with future versions of Garmin operating systems, software updates, or devices.
You acknowledge that digital Products may be subject to changes in device compatibility, platform policies, or external technical factors beyond our control. Compatibility with future firmware or hardware is not guaranteed; this does not limit support, updates or remedies required by applicable law or expressly included in your purchase.
These limitations do not exclude mandatory warranties, remedies or other consumer protections under applicable law. Wristo is independent of Garmin and is not sponsored or endorsed by Garmin.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WuKong OÜ and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- The use or inability to use the Site or any Products;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- Any third-party conduct or content on the Site;
- Any changes to or termination of the Site or Services.
In no event shall WuKong OÜ's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims relating to the use of the Site or Products exceed the total amount you paid to WuKong OÜ for the specific Product(s) in question within the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any Products purchased via Wristo.io shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, with Tallinn, Harju County as the agreed legal venue.
This choice of law and forum does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in a court available under the laws of their country of residence. Applicable Apple purchase and license terms remain unaffected.
